"Campfire Recipes: Indian Food"

Ingredients:

half a bag of potatoes
couple apples
salt, pepper, oil
a campfire
a tiny gas stove
tin foil
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
cumin, cayenne pepper, curry powder
1 can of peas and carrots
1 can black beans
little apple cider vinegar

Cut up potatoes and apples. Put them in a big sheet of tin foil. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and oil them up. Pour some water from a blue cup over that - a decent amount. Get more tin foil and wrap the whole thing up really good, like a nice pouch. Pull the grill over the fire and put that thing on. Pour on xtra water if it starts to get too crazy.

Then, on a camping stove, sautee the onion and pepper for a bit. Add a can of black beans and some cut-up zucchinni. Then sprinkle cumin, cayenne and curry on there. Mix in a can of peas and carrots. Add some apple cider vinegar.

Put it all together and feed four stinky people.

[consult David Earl about the validity of this recipe. S.C. is optional and beautiful.]

you couldn't even taste them too much - and when you could, they worked.
